Question 1

How does the Level Assessment work?

Accepted Answer

Your level is set through a structured assessment and then updated automatically by your match results. Beating higher-rated players earns more points; losing to lower-rated players costs more.

Question 2

What are Open Slots?

Accepted Answer

Admins publish available match slots at a club, court, date, and time. Players browse the slots, see the fee upfront, and register to join.

Question 3

How do Challenges work?

Accepted Answer

Players create direct challenges by choosing an available booking time, a partner, and two opponents. You can make the challenge public for others to follow or keep it private.

Question 4

What are the ranking categories?

Accepted Answer

Scalaz tracks Open, Female, and Seniors rankings. Points decay over time so the leaderboard reflects recent performance, not old wins.

Question 5

How do match fees and the wallet work?

Accepted Answer

Every slot or challenge shows the per-player fee before you commit. Pay from your in-app wallet, which you can top up at any time.

Question 6

Are player reviews public?

Accepted Answer

No. Player reviews are one-directional and only visible to admins, so feedback stays constructive without creating public pressure.

Challenge. Rank. Improve.
